About Green Rooms
Green Rooms was established in 2001 by Gabriel Pol, and is a garden design and landscaping practice based in Brighton & Hove, working across Sussex and the South East.
Gabriel Pol
Gabriel developed an intuitive understanding of space and planting within the garden working in landscape practices in London and Brighton (Ginkgo, Creative Garden Works, LewisPol).
Gabriel has an MSc in Landscape Planning and previously spent five years managing tree planting conservation projects in East Africa. In total over twenty years of experience in both landscaping and conservation have helped to guide and develop his design ethos.
Our Team
Green Rooms has a team of landscapers with many years of experience, who can complete all aspects of our landscaping projects. From initial clearance, garden and landscape construction, through to final planting and making sure everything is clean and tidy before we leave. Our team are very conscientious, polite and tidy. We endeavour to leave gardens as neat as possible during work, not upset your neighbours and keep your home or work space very clean during the whole process.
The Environment
As responsible landscape professionals we are committed to reducing the impact of global warming. We endeavour to supply local materials, recycled materials or environmentally friendly materials (e.g. FSC approved wood) that reduces the impact of your space on the environment.
With these considerations in mind our designs can include drought resistant plants or grass, advice on mulching and water storage solutions from simple water butts to advanced water harvesting systems.
